How do you get to the 4,5,6, and 7 islands.

sir kibble is a bit off. you first need to have at least 60 pokemon in your pokedex, and you have defeated the elite four. get the national dex. to go island 1, go to mt. ember, and battle the rockets to the right. beat them, go in and get a ruby. give that ruby to cicelo. then he gives you a pass to go to the 4-7 islands!

When you beat the Elite 4, gotten over 60 pokemon on your pokedex, and talked to proffeser oak go to one island and talk to your buddy Ceilo.
