Will they continue to grow as an inside house plant?

While they are blooming, keep them out of hot dry air. Cool and humid is good. Eventually they will drop all their petals. Cut off the flower heads to stop them from trying to make seed.
Put the leaves in as much sunlight as you can and keep the soil mildly moist, not wet. The leaves will eventually turn yellow and flop over. They are going dormant - it's what they do. Either dig out the bulbs or let the pot dry out and put them in a cool dry place.
Plant them 6 - 8 inches deep in the spring.
Depending on the soil and weather conditions where you live, they might come back the next spring after and they might bloom again. Here in Dayton, OH it would not be worth your while, you would just get a few years of floppy short-lived leaves.

When they stop blooming, you can either plant outside, or start depriving them of water and let them go dormant. Put in the fridge for a few weeks, then replant in the pot. The flowers will be smaller and fewer, but it'll be the houseplant you want. Tulips really don't do well inside. They require the variance of temperature and more light than will come thru your glazed windows.

If the tulips are potted, keep them in a bright window, water them when the soil starts to dry out.In the spring replant them outside. They should come back every year,or keep them in the pot they're in now. They need the cool winter temps to come back.
