Golden, Amber & a pale color against the brow line should work.

Honestly, go to the makeup counter at Nordy's or any department store. Don't feel pressured to buy... just ask for examples.

I myself have brown eyes with dirty blond hair and naturally defined eyebrows, however-I've always thought blue-eyed blondes look classic (usually). My favorite combination would have to be brunette and blue or green eyes. I think the more contrast, the more striking.

Go with alot of greens and blue, and MAYBE a little pink, but if you want a natrual looking color use a nude base, and a light golden brown. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

It would depend on her skin tone I suppose.

You can't really go by the hair color . Go by the skin tone and see what works best...Go out, experment with colors..have fun!
