As long as they can play nice... it will be the BIGGEST tour of the summer.
Remember when KISS put the makeup back on with the four original members? It was the biggest grossing tour of the year. Van Halen getting back with DLR will be HUGE!!!
Personally, I've seen the original lineup, and unless I'm feeling nostalgic, I wouldn't waste my $$$.

Doubt it. Nostalgia tours are just that. Most reunion tours aren't near what the bands were like before they split.

I've seen some of Eddie's recent playing, and he's definitely up for it, but the rest of the band I'm not so sure of.

No. They are old and tired and most of their fans are too.
Sorry for being so blunt...but I guess I just don't relate to the music anymore...shame on me for growing up and out of it.
