Find the folder where it is installed. If you have a shortcut:
right click - properties - and check the TARGET field.

Otherwise, the default location would be C:/Program Files/. Find the program's folder and look for an uninstall.exe or something similar. If you can't find that, just delete the whole folder. (as you see it from C:/Program Files) This is a bit dirty, since values will remain in the registry, but there is little else you can do. I don't recommend you play with the registry.

I thing find the Folder where the program has been installed. Then you delete the Folder. Some time you couldn't delete that. If that open the Folder and delete the Files one by one. Then download the ccleaner from the following site.

Then Fix the issues using that software. Again go to the Folder where you have installed the software and delete the Folder. Definately now you can delete that folder completly.

You can delete almost all the files from the registry editor...but I don't recommend that unless you know where every file is and you know what you are doing.

Try searching for - '??????? removal' on a search engine.

?????? being the name of the program.
