I have a IBM Thinkpad 240. As many of you already know this laptop does not have a Caps Lock key on it.The only way to get a capital letter is to hold down the FN key and the right shift key. This is very annoying considering that the keys are on opposite sides of the keyboard from each other. Is there anything I can do to create a Caps lock key and trick the computer into thinking the command is Caps lock?

Yes you can, you can re-map the keyboard to almost anything you want!!!

It's available from Microsoft in the admin tools I believe. A quick google will help you find it.

You can do it free, no need to buy a program.
