Well if you play to long your eyes might start hurting and stuff. You can actually learn from non-fiction games such as army games you find out what year the war happend and were and who was fighting ect. I can't think of anymore except that you might get fatter if you play to long and you don't exercise. lol

gamer thumb, headaches, alcoholism (some games are played better drunk), spending lots of money to buy all of the new titles, and being exposed to bad movie to game translations like superman returns, spiderman 1, land of the dead, robo cop and the list goes on my friend.

Getting addicted, spending money on it, and your parents/room mate telling you to stop..Also playing too long will be bad for your health.
