First, you've gotta prove to yourself that you can live and do without him. He's got to know it's not the thought of having him around or being 'used' to him is the reason you want him back.

Once he sees that you are cpmmitted to living on your own, then pose the question to him again. He'll say that you don't need him now. And your response should be..."I know, but that's why I still want you"

Sometimes actions speak louder than words. Maybe you have been telling him over and over, and saying I love you, But sometimes, people have to show it more, for someone to see and to prove it to the other person.
When we share our feelings that is wonderful, communication is the Key to any relationship, so I encourage you to keep communicating and sharing with him how much you love, care and want to be with him.
Show your love in many ways, I do numerous things for my husband to show him I love him, I leave notes for him, on the steering wheel of the car, and he gets them when he is leaving for work (I have to be sneeky), I cook his favorite meal, when he has a rough day, I lay his clothes out for him, when I know he is gonna be in a big hurry the next day..I call him at least once a day, just to say "I love You", We try to have one date night a week. There are sooo many things you can do, and its not just me, he does things for me also...
Maybe your husband is insecure or something, if he is, let him know everyday that you are attracted to him, tell him he is Hot, do romantic things for him (men need romance to)
Let him know, by showing him, that its not the thought of him that you want...and that its truly him.
I hope this helps...Wishing you the very best..

Hun, if your husband loves you, you shouldnt have to prove anything, he should just know. Instead of proving yourself, show your love.

Submit to him in everything, and no nagging, no changing him, and obey him. Be helpful, and no griping for all the short comings.
