Actually, I'm pretty sure that came from the show 'Rugrats'
'Ren and Stimpy' was 'Happy Happy, Joy Joy'.

ren and stimpy comes to mind for me too.....but so does that one other old nickelodeon show...I think it was called rockos modern life or sumthin like that....
