Let W1= 494 N amd W2=175 N
F=ma
W=mg
m1=W1/g
m2=W2/g

W2=(m1+m2)a
a=W2/(m1+m2)
a= g W2 /(W1+W2)
a= (9.81 x 175)(494 + 175)
a=2.57 m/s^2

Tension = W2-W1(a/g)
T=175 - 494 (2.57/9.81)
T=45.78 N
