I like 4 "categories"... each has a different feel:
1> Regina Spektor, Bjork, Imogen Heap, Anouk, etc.
2> Dashboard, Panic! at the Disco, Rise Against, Plain White T's, etc.
3> Hilary Duff, Aly and AJ, The Sounds, etc.
4> Radiohead, etc.
Please tell me what you like! Anything except country, that music where they just scream, or rap.

Wow... um... just so you know the etc. is open for suggestion.
I'm open to ANY THING except the ones I said not to put (rap, screamo songs, and country).
Pretty broad if you ask me! Very broad actually!

well you have a very different taste in music then myself but there are still some bands that i can recommend that arent screamo and might fit your taste

I like Kelly Clarkson. I think that fits in category three. Rhianna, Mary J. Blige, Fergie. I'm not sure where this group fits, but I really like Eiffel 65. They're a U.K. group, but they hae a very techno neat style. Try "Blue Da Ba De" by them. Hope I help@

No good music in any of those categories. You have pretty CRAPPY taste in music. You should go back to school and read alot more....

i like your second category, and i hate the genres you said not to put. i hate when rockers scream, it sounds so dark...(i suggest the all american rejects. i love them!)
