Paper towels and a soft heated lamp.
And a hell of a lot of time.
Leave to dry for a good two days.
You may also wish to remove the battery (for safety) and the hard drive and get a backup created.

After a spill on any electronic device, you should never try to power it up. Doing so may damage it even more then it is already. The spill must be completely dry and cleaned before trying to power up.

you can try and clean the mother board and ram chips cause its probably done turned very very sticky in there so you can try and clean it very very good and if it still dont turn on it might have fried the mother board so you might have to buy a new one
