I have been hearing this for years. If it is that important to the RedsStaters they need to move to Massachusetts and vote Kennedy out of office and ellect a DA that will endite him.

Kennedy was cleared by the Grand Jury.

So is this Red passion all based on lies???

You have got to be kidding. For the same reason that the population of MA keeps going down, down, down.
I don't remember a Grand Jury investigating. The judge sealed the records for something like 75 years, protecting Kennedy during his lifetime. NO ONE, not even a Grand Jury can look at Mary Jo's autopsy report and find out that she was pregnant by Ted Kennedy.
Yes, I made up that last fact, but it is the natural assumption, why else would the evidence be sealed?

Why would I want to move to Mass.? They keep voting in a guy like Kennedy.

And the Grand Jury found the evidence wasn't sufficient to prosecute. That is not the same as being cleared. Read more about it here...

At the very least he was guilty of bad judgement and did kill a young female campaign worker who was riding in his car alone. If a Republican did something like that you would never hear an end to the screaming from the left.

The Kennedy family controlled MA politics then. Probably still does. Why would anyone who supports traditional American values want to live in MA?

would not it is tremendous if a Republican gained the Senate seat once "owned" through the Kennedy crime kinfolk? it may well be a Massachusetts miracle. i'm vote casting for Scott Brown on Jan. nineteenth

Dang never thought about that. Pack up my family. Leave a great paying job, you can get one of those in a Red State, and move to Mass just to vote Kennedy out.

If he had been just an everyday schmuck, do you think the Grand Jury would have cleared him? I don't.

NO DAMNED WAY would I move to MA. Not only do they keep re-electing Kennedy, they re-elected admitted pedophile Gerry Studds. WTF is in their water??
