I never knew of anybody who smoked that did not inhale... Of course he inhaled...

Yeah, that was so cheesy, he admitted to smoking but then tried to justify it by saying he didn't inhale which of course he did! And then when he was with Monica tried to justify it by saying that wasn't really sex, but most people would say that act does count as sex.
But I don't think our current President is much more of a truth-teller either; the whole weapons of mass destruction was not very truthful either. I would like to see our next President be more truthful because I think most Presidents justify lies by telling themselves that the American public can't handle the truth, but we can, and in fact would sometimes enjoy being told the truth!

easily, i'd WELCOME a President who smoked a touch weed. No.... heavily. the problem with the U.S. is that the slimy press looks for that one little sound chew it may use to mock a candidate. they seem for some thing embarrassing to make headlines. hence, we in trouble-free terms get applicants with both ok-hidden secrets and techniques, or people of very bland personalities (Jimmy Carter, Gerald Ford, George H. Bush Sr.) imagine if we had a authentic personality, like a present day day Benjamin Franklin. He is going over to Syria to communicate turkey with Bashar al-Assad. issues are stiff and formal. both don't think one yet another. No progression is going to be made. large waste of time. yet then, our colourful President whips out a touch plastic dishevelled and starts rolling some thing. His host is very much shocked, yet our guy tells him to calm down. highly quickly, they are smoking like college friends and giggling about each and everything. issue solved. Heck, we ought to continually have informed Clinton: "ok, now that you're President, your first interest is to initiate respiration in!"
