easy to peel? Not the wrapper but the stick? I peel a string and it doesn't cut off at the end...always in the middle or the beginning or too thick...you have that problem too? I have bought other brands.

I'm wondering that's all I have issues but I don't rub them in people's faces cuz they got their own. I've seen way more trivial questions in this section. If you don't like it...don't answer...its called curiousity. Hypocrisy is sooo rude!

It could have something to do with the pH of the slurry when it is made or maybe the temperature of the stick when you open it.
By the way, one company make most of the mozzarella in the US. So chances are, some of the different brands are actually coming from the same plant.

That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard! Why would you want to peel a poor defenseless mozzarella stick in half? I hope when you die you spend eternity being torn in half by Giant Mozzarella sticks!

It's a mozzarella stick. It's not string cheese.
String cheese is usually mozzarella, but it's processed differently.
