how do you become a "celebrity" on Y!A???

i mean, i saw somma the guyz have somethin that says "official" and i highlighted it and it said they were a celebrity on Y!A, i looked at thier LV's and saw they were LV 1 w/NO best answers, so how do u become a celebrity/official on y!a?????
