Then wouldn't it be cheating if someone were to give you its meaning?? And if they're wrong then you also lose

Come on, man! won't tell you the answer if it's your task-but you can so figure this out. The theme of anything is the "unifying concept" - that thing that ties it all together. Ask yourself what the poem is ABOUT. IT can be really broad or mighty specific, and ten to one you should go with your instinct. Life, Love, Romance, Loss, Change, Growth, Nature-they're the most common themes-does it fit into anything like those? Why?: Well then, there's your proof!
