I'm not sure if I understand your government. But many influences shaped the minds of our framers, including the Roman Republic before it became an empire, the philosophies of Voltaire, Montesquieu, Blackwell, Rouseau and many other philosophers of the enlightenment.
The Mayflower Compact was not a literal influence on the framers of the constitution. The Mayflower compact was much more religious and dogmatic than the Declaration of independence. If you look at the writing of the Mayflower Compact, it still pledges allegiance to the king of England, France and Ireland. Our Country's constitution was more based on the theories and philosophies of the Enlightenment and the freedom of the Individual and the independence of America as a sovereign nation.
