A coworker of mine just told our district manager (boss of our boss) that he comes to work stoned and was high right then and there. Yikes! I can't say I felt bad, he got what was coming to him, but that really must have sucked.

to answer Steven's question...the coworker admitted to being stoned himself. Oh, and need I add that this was when he was being questioned about missing cash? Yeah, didn't look so good. (I'm the assistant manager, so I had to back up my boss when she fired him--it was a bummer.)

I came in at 9:00am on the first day of my new job, and by 10:30am I was so bored and underwhelmed that I excused myself to go to the ladies room. Instead, I went out and got in my car and drove off and never went back....

Wait, the coworker told them that he himself was stoned, or the coworker told him that his and your boss is stoned?
I don't know but I know a guy who used to steal all kinds of stuff from his job. Basically all his clothes and his watch and stuff were stolen.
I know another guy who always went to work stoned. Eventually he got fired for putting a bumper sticker on a toilet! I guess that was the last straw. I guess I know some real losers =D

I do Q.C. at a factory that manufactures flourescent lamps and once I accidentally shut all the lights off on the production floor. The lights are metal halides that take about ten minutes before they come back on.

Made friends with other employees, it's done nothing but cause trouble. But where I work, over half the place comes to work High every day, they do it at lunch in the parking lot.

Went to work drunk several times, one night I was very drunk, the restaurant was a busy full house, & I was forced on shift when I told the manager to f- herself, & fire me.
