when you turn the N64 on, it looks like nothing happens to the TV at all, correct?
if you are looking at it from the front/top, there are two wires coming out of the back. on the right, it's a thin wire; that's the power/ac cord. from your question, there is nothing wrong with this.
on the left, there is a rectangular box. this is your AV connection. the "box" fits into the N64, and has a wire coming out of it. that wire gets split near the end, and consists of a red, yellow, and a white head. These are your AV (audio/video) cables. the red and white are sound, and the yellow is what lets you see the game.
these wires take the sound and images out of the system, and into the TV. you have the Wii set up, so you probably can't put these N64 wires directly into the TV. perhaps you can put them into the back of the cable box [or VCR or whatever else that is already connected to the TV] and make sure that the white goes in white, yellow into yellow, red into red. ALSO, you need to put them in the spots that say VIDEO IN. AUDIO IN. so that the images and the sound can go INTO the cable box [or vcr or whatever]
the cablebox [or vcr or whatever] then sends a/v OUT to the TV, so that the images and the sound can then travel to the TV
you can also use a switcher to connect several things to the TV at once, such as the one i have that allows my gamecube, ps2, N64, snes, sega, and nes to all be hooked up at once. (but i only plug in the power cords of the one i'm using at that moment)

We'll need more information than that. Did it work on this same tv before? Is the tv on the right input? Does the N64 make any sound? Does the light come on when you flip the power switch? Please include details like these when typing questions. If you add some details in a timely manner, I'll edit this post with what I think it may be. ;)
EDIT:Well with the new information, I can percieve that you had to have unplugged the cables connecting the N64 to the tv. If you use the red, yellow, and white cables, I would suggest making sure they were plugged into the tv correctly and double-check that it is even plugged into the N64. If it's not that then try being sure that you look on both channel 3 and channel 4, as well as all of your tv's outputs. IE, video1, video2, vcr, dvd, etc...
If none of those helped you, then I can't tell you anything more. Sorry.

The Super Nintendo is older and alittle bit more bigger. And I think the games for each are alittle different too. Like the Super's is more like a rectangle and the 64's are more rounded on the edges. Ha ,I still use my Nintendo 64!!it rocks

Try blowing out the game connect points on the system as well as the game cartridge. Use a can of compressed air used for computer parts.$3. That's what we use and it works great. Just wait a few minutes after cleaning to let any condensation that may have formed to dissipate.

When I used to play my Nintendo 64 I had to push down on the game with one hand and with the other hand put force on the switch to turn it on and slowly flip the switch. Hope it works!!

..well if it turns on then your AC power adapter works. So try replacing the RF switch/AV cables with new ones from ebay or somewhere.
