In Internet Explorer:
Click Tools, Internet Options, in the General Tab under "browsing history" click the "delete" button.

It depends on your browser.
For Internet explorer go to "Tools" -> "Internet options" on the General tab there is a section labled "temporary internet files" hit "delete files" or "delete cookies"
For Firefox go to "Tools" -> "options" under that "privacy" tab there are "clear" buttons to clear you history, cookies, and browsing files
