the email was send by Samthomas' she wants me to go the offshore office to collect he winning prize. the amount was 1,500,000.000 in eru pound please check if it's true or it's just a scam.

Sorry, it's a scam.

It is impossible to win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket. There is no such thing as a lottery of email addresses. Real lotteries never make you pay fees to release your winnings or to have your check delivered to you. Real lotteries don't use free email addresses from Yahoo! either.

That same Batch number shows up in a LOT of fake lottery emails, too.
