I learned a lot from Bon Appetit. One thing I like about their recipes is that if you follow them closely, the dish always turns out well. Some of the recipes are expensive, but I just saved them for special occasions. They also have some great 30-minute meals.

I highly recommend "Southern Living Magazine". Also, "Cuisine at Home". That's the 2 best ones.

hmm this is hard. lol im a dangerous cook so i start out easy. @ first, my mom kept getting these free kraft magazines and i look at them. they help a lot and the ingredients are very simple/easy to find. or you could check out the websites.
