i cant sent any messages to my friends because it says that i have to verify my account

You might have had an email sent to you for verify. If so, click the link thats on the email and it should verify. Good luck!

Go to your email inbox and look for a message (email). There should be one from Myspace in your inbox / junk mail.
You need to click the link within the email to prove you are the person you claim to be.
