Although I have known him since 1st grade, he and I didn't even take notice that the other existed. At the beginning of the school year we ended up in a few classes together. I sat next to him in math and science, and he started teasing me. He would bump my arm, while I was writing, steal my pencil and paper, and we would end up kicking eachother and hitting eachother. Once, durring a lesson, we were trying to break eacother's wrists and fingers under our desk, and the teacher noticed we were looking under the desk instead of up at him. We didn't see him but he was standing right above us looking at us. Out of nowhere he says, "How cute. They're holding hands." So, my question is, if he teases me all the time like calls me 'crippled' cause of my broken arm does that mean he likes me?

Sounds like he does like you. Start a friendship first. Plan a way to do something outside of class, maybe even in a group setting.
Talk and get to know each other. I'm not sure of your age, but the one thing I wish I had someone tell me when I discovered boys is, DON'T rush into anything. Take your time. Get to know him first. Teenage romance is dramatic enough with everyone looking on.

I'm sure he doesn't hate you, what his interest level is he might not even know yet. Maybe you have the makings of a good friendship, maybe more. Stay in control and be confident in the decisions you make and it will save an embarrassing situation.

Good luck!

Time to get him out of his cave-boy mentality and see if you both can do something civilized like a sharing a shake at the nearest Jack In The Box.

Friends, at least, far from hate. Don't ask a bunch of strangers that know nothing of either of your personalities to tell you how he feels, though I'll admit that in my highschool circle, it meant like. Give it time, ride the wave of life.
