my memory is a microsoft office 512mb please I need to know how to put a password to my memory. So no one could read what I save on it.

if your talking about your 512mb of RAM memory then you cant access that directly to make any changes on it, its hardware not a file you can write to..if your talking about making certain files on your computer private yes you can do that, go to USER ACCOUNTS from the start menu, control panel~~

I didnt know microsoft had office branded memory. Standard PC ram is erased the second power leaves it. If you are refering to a folder inside, or a specific document, you can 'password protect' a document but its fairly easily broken.

However if you are refering to a memory stick (USB) which has 512 mb of space on it you can encrypt the drive with free software but you wont be able to read the data except on that pc, or another pc which has the software installed. Refer to the link below for a freeware encryption.
