Castor Oil, put it on your eyelashes with a clean brush from mascara, before you go to bed, and after a week of doing so I always have long, black, and curled up eyelashes. Just don't put too much, because when it gets in you eye, you can hardly see, but it doesn't hurt your eye.
PS. You can also use Castor Oil on your eyesbrows to have then dark, and silky looking.

I don't know about growing them, but to make them look longer you could use an eyelash curler and mascara. Eyeliner will also make them look thicker.

you cant do anything to make them grow any faster than nature intended..try false eyelashes..they are fun and once you get used to putting them on..you wont go without them

you really can't make them grow but, you can make them healthier and more defined by using a conditioner that comes in a mascara tube. the product will be of white color. apply this on twice a day and it will condition your lashes to be healthier, then if the lashes don't grow you can apply false lashes. they come in normal to luxiouriously long lengths,

you trim them a tiny bit. just cut the .02 mm off.
you know how when you cut your hair, it grows back quickly ?
same thing with lashes.
i suggest geting fake lashes.
or mascaras, your lash culers. =]
