Technics PX103: i unscrewed four screws in back, lifted the top panel and heard the sound of glue coming undone. I wasn't sure whether I was damaging it more so I stopped. Is there a technical or assembly manual I could get for one of these somewhere? Please help someone.

Is the click when the key hits the bottom of it's stroke, or right when your finger hits it? If it's at the bottom of the stroke then you might be able to mount some of those little self adhesive silcon bumpers (used as non scratch feet, and sold at hardware stores) on the bottom of the keys, if you get it all the way apart.

I bet if you look carefuly around the thing you will find more screws, good luck

The only hookup I have heard of with this fixup is to use
a piping hexagon screws. If the click is from the contact, the
scheme or the input, the new all around tightening does help.
