Yes if you talk on the cell phone while the battery is charging it will last for a really long time, instead of just hours.. So if you are going to be talking all night long, you should plug it in while you talk so the battery won't die on you during the conversation..

No. Almost every cell phone (and laptop) uses Ion Batteries which do not have a memory. So you can charge your phone as often as you like and talk on it while its charging with no affect to the battery, besides maybe overheating but again, Ions have been shown to be more heat resistant that most other kinds of batteries.

I don't think so-you can talk and charge at the same times with most cell phones and the phone will just keep charging.
