i just got an ipod shuffle and put about 30 songs on it, i purchased songs on itunes and now i dont have anything on my iPOd

go to ipod stuff whrer it tells how much you have left on your ipod like room on the top there should be another headin like settings or some thin click on it.then it should say like put all songs on or just the checked ones. click all songs. if it doesnt work srry

You must first download the music to your IPOD by connecting the port of your computer. Have you already done this and still having problems? Check out the Q&A on itunes.com, they are very helpful...
