wear my contacts tomorrow (Tues.)? I've been wearing my glasses for the past couple days...
I don't want to get re-infected. The contacts are gas permeable.

you need to take antibiotics to help get rid of the pink eye. when i had pink eye, my doctor also gave me pink eye drops.
the course lasted for five days but they can last upto seven days. he said to definitely not put my contacts in until the five days were up. this is because if your contacts get infected bc your pink eye isnt completely healed, it would just make it worse.

You can wear contacts again as long as your symptoms have cleared up. It should also go without saying that you've be wearing a brand new pair? If not, you'd most likely be reinfecting your eyes again.
Do make sure its not the GPC type. That would mean a break from contacts for a few weeks.

dont wear your contacts until your eyes are totally healed.Did you find out where you got it from..its a staph infection really.Did you take good care to have clean hands when applying the contacts? is your contact soloution or soaking container contaminated? all these things will have to be reviewed befor you start using your contacts

probably not. usually you have to wait 3-5 days to make sure the pink is gone

You'd probably be better off just getting another pair; at least that's what they told me when I had pink eye.
