Your employer will have copies of them. If you have not been there long enough (to cover the years you need) you can get them from the IRS. Go to the government sites and you can order them on line.

Well, tax returns would be located by going to the IRS website. There is a number you can call to request transcripts of previous years...as for the W2s, I'm not sure

If you need it fast use companies like Accuverify you will have your tax transcripts in a day or two. It will cost you $15 -$30 depending on the number of years and tax form you are requesting. You can see samples on Accuverify's web site.
Not in a rush get it free from the IRS, use IRS form 4506-T, it will take 10-60 business days-W-2s take much longer. You will need to complete a form 4506-t for each tax form number (W-2,1040).

You can get copies of your returns and W-2 from the IRS. If you go to www.irs.gov and search for "copy tax return" you will find many options.
Basically you need to fill out a form 4506, 4506T or you can call the IRS. Here is the link:

go threw your employer they have there tax identificationn numbers on them ask were you work at if they can get you back copies of the little devils, all they need is your social security number too identfy were they have the records at hons.
