If its from a company, its usually copyrighted since most, I mean, MANY companies don't want their work to be copyrighted. I wouldnt say uploading it would be illegal but even if you did and it was copyrighted, google wouldnt accept it to the web, you wont get in trouble for trying though :D

(lol I tried with my own experience)

Depends upon what you mean by "illegal". Would it be a violation of U.S. law? No. Not unless the Uzbekis bothered to copywrite their videos in the U.S. Would it be a violation of Uzbeki law? Beats me. I can't remember the last time I studied the Uzbekistan penal code.....
In order for an Uzbeki copywrite to be enforceable in the U.S., there would have to be a treaty between the two countries, agreeing to enforce each other's intellectual property. I doubt that kind of treaty is high on either country's list.
Even if it was, if you're not distributing the video for profit, their only action against you is a court order telling you to stop. It's not "criminal" behavior unless you're trying to profit or defraud.

You may not post content that you download from a source - only the author has the right to post the content, and trust me Google technicians are strict on this rule and the check the ISP address and coding to find the source of everything given the time.

It would be illegal to do what you intend.

You gotta know who made those movies. Contact them for copyright infringements.
