the car is a 1991 jeep wrangler, recently had the fuel pump, fuel injectors replaced

plugs .bad timing bad gas. poor compression. m. a.p censor. bad mass air flow censor. plugged flue injector. oxygen censor.plug ed fuel filter... if your old fuel tanks was bad it may have put rust in the fuel line. that plugged the new injectors

Check your spark plugs and plug wires. Could also be your control module. I should be mounted on the distributor. It controls your spark. Any auto parts store can test it.

Out of the ten things it could be, i would start with the temperature sensor. You are heading in the right direction.

check the plugs and wires. You might be firing out of sequence or a plug might not be firing at all.
