Has anyone read the New York times politics section, Congress finds ways to avoid lobbyist llimits?

It is truly interesting, the Democratic Congress are finding ways to bend their own ethics rules. WHY?

I just read it, the lobbyist are now donating to fund raisers instead of giving personal bribes. You sound like you think we should do something about fund raising.
