Just Keep it cute and Flirty. Guys are great at not saying those three words! Be inventive and say something like, "You must be tired, Cause youve been running thru my mind all day/ Happy Valentines day!"

If you like him and want to date him in the future, mention some inside joke you have or an event where you spent time together. Something like "i really had a lot of fun, we should do BLANK again" should be a subtle way of saying you appreciate him but you aren't obsessing about it.

Valentines Day can mean many things - it was my Dad's birthday. Just use your heart as a guide -
Just say - "You touched my heart and soul - thank you for that."
And maybe give him a small gift - like coffee or chocolate.
