Do I have the right to seek advise from another attorney, if I feel he is not following with a agreement and went a head and basically
the other party breached a contract, but he let happen

Yes, he breached the contract. You can fire him.

Yes, you can always consult another attorney. Its your money you can spend it however you want. However once the attorney crafted the agreement its up to you to make sure the other party doesn't breach and if they do you are responsible to undertake whatever actions to get remedied, up to and including suing the party who breached.

About 15 years ago I had to sue my attorney in a business agreement matter. The state bar provided me with advice on the matter and several referrals for other attorneys.

I fired an attorney once, right in the courtroom, and the judge was an old buddy of his. Everybody who works has a boss, and you are his!
