This flag is an African flag. Its colors are white, blue, and red. This flag also looks like the Djibouti African flag but it doesn't have the same colors. The triangle is blue. The top half is white and the bottom half is red. please help me find the name of this flag i have been looking on line for 1hour and i cant find the name of it. if you found the answer and its corect i will vote your answer as best. The only African flag that I could find that fit that discription was the Equatorial Guinea flag - however, it has a blue triangle, red on bottom, white in the middle, and green on top. Very similar to the Dijbouti flag...

the flag of Equatorial Guinea seems similar to your description, but has green, white, and red for its stripes, and doesn't have a star in the center.
