Excellent.

Make sure you have your copyright and agreement in order. What if they make $2,000,000 on your pic? What it they resell it? Make a movie out of it?

You need to make sure you are good legally, it's easy but important.

Jack Warren of Shutterbug fame has a lot of good info on this.
