ok without giving my entire story, i was dating someone older tehn me and due to legality laws we were forced to break up, at the time we had been going four and a half months and we both loved and still love each other. Thing was after christmas i couldnt wait for valentines day cause i realized how much we both cared about one another, and due to the fact that people just found out we had to be torn apart. I hate age laws, anyway i am really not looking forward to valentines day this year, but its coming in 2 days anyway so does anyone have a suggestion as to what i can do instead so i dont have to think about being single or something?

If I was you, I would go get my favorite movies, some computer games/video games that you like and just watch the movies and play games. Call up some of your friends and ask them to hangout. If nothing else, then go to the lake or someplace that you really like (the mall works too!) Anything that you really enjoy doing is what I basically suggest. Good luck! Happy Valentines Day!

Get what you would like for yourself. Take care of yourself and buy yourself some flowers or whatever you like. Then help somebody else out. Nothing gets your mind off heartache like helping somebody else. Do you know other single people? You could plan something special for them. You could volunteer somewhere. You could think of somebody who is really sad and do something nice for them. It really helps. I've done this when I was single. Sometimes it just helps to think of something else for awhile.
