Well first of all if u are not confterable telling him then don't u should not have to tell him if u don't want to so DONT let him guess and if he guesses right then hopefully he doesn't care about your size and he is OK with it if he guesses small then you must feel proud that is a good sign if he guesses big then tell him that he was over but don't get mad at him because it isn't his fault boys aren't always the sharpest tools in the shed if u know why I mean

You could bring it up in conversation. You could talk about what size you were a long time ago compared to now or how weird it is that you are one size one place and another size in another, or something. You could also ask him to cut the tags off a shirt or dress or whatever outfit it is that you would want. You could tell him that they are scratching you. Then he would know.

When he is over at your house leave a dress with the size printed on it out in your room somewhere (obvious) and than leave to "go to the bathroom or something" If he is clever he will look at sizes. You could bring up the idea of valentines gifts shortly before you go too.
