Yeah, Ive already looked on download/shareware.com, but there are were too many and many of them received bad reviews. Any good recommendations?

Im not sure about online games but.
3d Designs + Game making programs:
Blender (Not exactly noob friendly)
Simple:
Gamemaker 6
Rpg Maker 2000 (Really easy)
Im sure somehow you could get the game online, but I dunno.

Free then learn java.
Best tool is Flash. It cost money though. Unless you find a cracked code. The advantage is the ease of use.

try download.com. its packed with free downloads for allsorts of programs. also shareware.com.good luck.these sites are recommended by microsoft,so safe.

there are many try downloading limewire (limewire.com) and search for them there
