That's what they say, but the Earth will still be here just that all living creatures will die, for ppl that talk about global warming and how we could prevent it from happening i think is bs. The Earth go's through it's fazes in which everything must come to an end and everything starts all over again in order for the cycle to continue.

First of all , I admire your concern with Graduating despite the end of the world coming! However no one knows the day or the hour in which the world will end, but if you believe that date and still want to graduate find a private school that uses a learning system called P.A.C.E. . With this system you can work at your own pace in your studies thereby graduating early , so that way you may wear the cap and gown before we all go bye-bye for good!

Actually, the mayan calendar doesn't predict the end of the world for 2012, but just a supposed "great change". Maybe in your case, the great change will be graduating. :P If not, at least you saved money in college tuition.

learn your Myan Culture before you start to believe the doomsayers.

the Myan people believed that everything ran in cycles. the end of the Myan calendar simply marks the end of that paticular cycle.

there may be great change, but it is not an end of time, just the beginning of a new cycle in history. as for why it stopps at that time and nothing after that was made. for the same reason that we do not make 2010 calendars right now, we simply do not need them.

Interesting question....both the Mayan and The Bible code predict the would will in in 2012...of course the world does not really end...just as we know it....the Bible is clear that this world will not pass away....where did you get that date???

everyone thought the world would end january 1st 12pm sharp on 2000 but did it noo and the part about you graduating in 2013 makes you either extremely held back or a 6th grader so im going to have to report you.

That means I get out of essays and assessments at the end of the school year. I will be able to drive, and drink in other countries. Might as well live. Ans actually it's "the world will end as we know it", that may be positive or negative.

I don't know you...but...If you truly are in school, and keep up with your studies, if you truly have a goal of being an architect, or whatever else you wish, then my guess, is, with alot of hard work, perseverance, and faith.....you will get there..........you will be here, hun...........probably still chatting to us, the day before christmas in the year 2012.

More like sometime in a few years when Iran gets nuclear weapons, and World War III starts between them, and Israel.
