Don't confuse honesty with being blunt. Telling people what you think of them and labelling it as honesty isn't the right thing in my opinion. But answering someone honestly is different.

If you want to live stress free and without any worries, don't lie.

Then the only worries you have in your life are ones you can do something about. When you lie, you waste energy trying to cover it up, and you spend your time thinking and worrying about that cover up, leading to more lies if you get caught. This invariably leads to a fight while you stubbornly try to defend your so called honor when someone calls you a liar, or you continue lying making it harder.

Use your mental energy on something useful. If you don't lie, you have nothing to hide and everything to gain.

If you're dating someone that isn't HONEST then there's no point in dating them because they're hiding something from you & will never be open to you about it either.

Honesty is the best policy & may get you in trouble from time to time but most people will respect you more if you're open & honest with them from the start.
