It's true, Because they won twice the WWE Tag Team Champions Paul London & Brian Kendrick in non-title matches, so they complained about SmackDown that there would not be a title match for them on "No Way Out" But Deuce & Domino didn’t go to SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long to have the match stopped. Instead, they complaint straight to WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Conn. So the WWE officials ruled in favor of Deuce & Domino, naming them the rightful No. 1 contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championship. As a result, the Ladder Match pitting London & Kendrick vs. MNM vs. The Hardys vs. William Regal & Dave Taylor has been removed from the No Way Out

The Ladder match would've been better than seeing Deuce and Domino get what they deserve (finally losing to London and Kendrick), but it's only been about 2 months since the last Ladder match, so I can understand it being cancelled. If the match had to be altered to include Deuce and Domino, then it should be a Triple Threat Tornado Tag match with the champs defending against those '50s chumps and the team of Regal and Taylor, who are much more deserving of the belts than Deuce and Domino ever will be. Who knows? There's still time, so maybe GM Theodore Long will do the right thing and give Regal and Taylor their rightful title shot as well. As for MNM and the Hardys, they can settle their differences at WrestleMania with Matt facing Nitro and Jeff facing Mercury (they already had a tag match against each other at the Royal Rumble, and, even though it's "the grandest stage of them all", WrestleMania is too soon for another tag team bout, so why not make a couple interpromitional matches instead?).

For those of you who are wondering why WWE yanked the four way ladder match from the No Way Out PPV, the reason is that Vince McMahon decided over the weekend that (as of right now, since they keep going back and forth on this) The Hardy Boyz and MNM will no longer be teaming. Matt Hardy, Joey Mercury, Jeff Hardy and Johnny Nitro will be going back to singles roles on their respective brands.
With that decision made, the feeling was that having the Four Way ladder match at the No Way Out PPV was meaningless, so they've switched gears to allow Deuce and Domino to challenge WWE Tag Team champions Paul London and Brian Kendrick instead. Stephanie McMahon made the call to change the match.
WWE has gone back and forth on whether to keep the teams together or not, so this is just the latest in that trend.

it makes sense they wouldnt have the hardys or mnm win the tag titles because it would cause problems but i do expect the hardys and mnm to be reunited again for a big time ladder match
