this is why you NEVER trust home depot
i have heard horror stories from all over they hire the cheapest contractor and want to make money but home depot is so cheap they cant
cut the card
phone your insurance
file a complaint better business local provincial fed
then complain in georgia their home state
then talk to your mpp/mla and find out who to complain to also
be a real b itch about it because i would but a pr ick
state and local
and accept nothing but what would make you happy they destroyed they can fix it

I have also had a bad experience with Home Depot installers, in my case it was carpeting which was never completed. Unfortunately, HD uses independent contractors, and they are very reluctant to back them up when there is a complaint, even when it is justified. Moral of the story: Don't use Home Depot installers.

First call the store manager, calmly ask for the name and phone number of his regional manager. Call the regional manager, if he does not satisfy your problem, ask for the name and pone number of the district manager.
This is a chain, and it is top heavy. Everyone is scared to death of their boss. It intimidates the heck out of them, and you get your way.
