i mean come on...it has become just another commecial holiday where the corporations can make money....
i saw freaken inflateable lawn ornaments (like the giant Santas) yesterday that said "will you be mine" and "be my Valentine"
or i am i just completely screwed up?

FYI: i'm not single. i just think it's a waste of money. If i want to by my honey a gift i would...i don't need a specific day to do it.

I agree with you. Too many stupid holidays and idiotic people who fall for. All it is is corporates' schemes to get your money. Besides, for some people, it isn't just their money but also their time and thought that get consumed by the anxiety of "getting the right freaking present or else". Sigh!

but even if I was with someone I wouldn't go far enough to get lawn ornaments...gee some candy and some romance is one thing but that is silly.

I like to celebrate Valentine's Day, but I do agree, it's disgusting how commercial everything has gotten lately. I like something nice and simple, it doesn't have to be a big production!!!!!
