You'd be surprised at how many things like this turn up in sites like Stuff for Sale and Don't Dump That, so if you have access to the local branches of these, ask there. Items on the latter are always free of charge as the principal is never to bin anything that can be useful to someone else.

You will have to contact one of the Fiat sales centres but they will charge you for the hand book ect.
However if it is just that you wish to know about the controls just post the question!!
