life is a gift. your life is a gift...along with your body. sounds like you're not appreciating either. you need to slow down and live and love life.

the contradiction in your question is "getting pregnant"...so a rape victim gets pregnant...is that a gift?

having wanton illicit sex, getting pregnant and then thanking God for it...awkward.

Hahahaha! Send him to get "the job done" or only take his gifts wrapped ;)

It depends on how you feel about always being pregnant! I have just had baby # 5 and you can bet the "gift boxes" in our house only come empty. And yes as any man sees it the ability to produce many children is a source for great pride so to him it is likely a gift, but to you the grower and squeezer outer of this baby perhaps it is more of a curse....?

After a few gifts like that HE would be getting his D!ck slapped off. NO Thank You. I am not a brood sow.
After two I had a tubal. That is all I need and all I can support. I have a hard time supporting those 2 sometimes. :)

Depends who you mean when you say a gift from "him..."

From a religious perspective, all children are gifts from God (or a different higher being).

But if "he" referrs to your partner, it sounds like you two need to talk about how many children you want to have and when you want to have them, and also about using some sort of birth control if you don't want another baby yet.

Neither - you are in charge of your own destiny. If you want the children and can adequately support them, fine. But if you have doubts, you should be using some kind of birth control; even if you are morally opposed to methods traditional barrier methods, you can use methods like fertility awareness. Fertility awareness may be less reliable, but at least it's something.

All children are a gift, but every year? Try protection, or saying 'no' if you don't want to spend your life being pregnant!

It depends on who your asking. Some people can only dream of getting pregnant.

You know they have invited birth control. You might want to try it.

First off, you can control that. There is something called birth control. I am on the Nuva Ring and I control my body, not him.

Umm. . . I guess it's a gift if you want it and a curse if not.
