Well aside from marriage and the birth of my children, I would have to say moving from Houston to Salt Lake City. I didn't know a soul here. I picked an apartment from the "Apartment Guide" and rented it over the phone. I didn't have a job, but knew I was marketable and had one within 2 days. I had never even SEEN Salt Lake, but it has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I met my husband here and have made my life here, and life is an awfully big adventure.
